Our Planning Process

Whether it’s a crucial business trip or private dinner to close a deal, an inspiring board members’ retreat, or a decadent getaway to unwind, we use our deep expertise in travel, planning, and lifestyles to create a bespoke itinerary tailored just for you.

We consider travel time, seasons, and budget, as well as anticipating your needs so that you can be confident that your destination, itinerary and experiences along the way are ideally suited to you.

As with any collaboration, the greater your involvement, the more successful the outcome. And the sooner we get started, the better the results. Our initial consultation is complimentary and gives us the opportunity to get to know each other while working out what’s truly important to you.

Creating Your Itinerary

Accommodations, transportation, and activities. We work in this order so we’re able to design an itinerary that not only works but also exceeds your expectations. We believe that all travellers should be pampered, regardless if the trip is for business or pleasure.

We collaborate and communicate throughout the process to ensure what we design reflects your vision. Once everything is exactly as you wish, we secure the arrangements with a deposit.

Adding the Finishing Touch

From private dining with celebrity chefs to golden caviar facial treatments, these are the unique and intimate details of a trip that make it effortless, inspiring, and lavish.

When all the details have been arranged, we’ll send the final invoice for our services and prepare the final documentation to be delivered one to two weeks prior to travel. Bon Voyage!

Service Fees & Costs

We strive to be upfront about our prices while always looking for ways to offer additional value. We charge a trip planning fee to help us do the legwork required to deliver your enquiry to the highest of standards.

Our fees vary per trip and per person, they take into consideration trip complexity as well as length ensuring you have a professional travel designer on hand at every step.

Annual membership available on application
Individual hotel reservations from USD100 per stay
Travel planning up to 3 nights from USD150 per person travelling
Travel planning up to 7 nights from USD300 per person travelling
Travel planning 8+ nights from USD500 per person travelling

All Planning Fees will always be discussed and mutually agreed upon before any travel planning is undertaken. No planning will be undertaken until the agreed fees are paid. On occasion, an individual reservation or service fee may be put towards the trip cost or waived completely at the discretion of Global Travel Moments.
